POSEIDON

he he I am supposed to be doing "beats" from a selected film made between 1940 and 1975, I chose to do Poseidon- this was the third beat, I was having trouble with composition in setting up an actual scene so I opted for this epic interpretation

hubba bubba ad campaign

Teamed up with Ad Design student to do illustrations for an ad campaign she proposed- this illustration was not what she wanted and will not end up being used for her campaign I will post the new ones when I complete them.

Here is a digital painting I am still working on, the assignment was to include 1. a space craft 2. a nebula 3. a planet. you may be wondering where the planet is? but its there far, far away.

studio painting

ad design

this was a redesign for an ugly ad. class assignment.

war plane

this is for my digital painting class. It was done in photoshop. I'm still getting used to the digital painting thing (this being only my second "finished" work so far), but I am taking a liking to it.

dazzle and transfix

this was for a class assignment that introduced a "creative formula" to come up with an idea for an image. everyone in the class was given a quote from which we were required to come up with an image that indirectly represented the quote. It was actually a pretty difficult thing to do. The painting is in acrylic and about 20"x24"

my quote was: "the more things change, the more they are the same"
